This is a TicketlessĀ VIPĀ Upgrade. You will receive an email the day before the event for arrival instructions.
PLEASE NOTE: To gain access to the show and partake in the meet and greet, a separate concert ticket must be procured directly through the venue. Ā
This stipulation is non-negotiable.

MEET AND GREET INFORMATION:
The meet and greet sessions typically take place during the late afternoon on the day of the show. However, please be advised that the exact timing may be subject to change. We recommend that you plan to be at the venue 1 hour before doorsĀ on the day of the event, although this is a preliminary estimate and not the confirmed meet and greet time.
Within 24 hours prior to the show, you will receive an email from Ellefson Management, disclosing the confirmed meet and greet time and location at the venue. We will not know this information until the venue instructs us.
You will collect yourĀ VIPĀ merchandise during the meet and greet.Ā VIPĀ merchandise is not mailed to you. Further event-specific instructions will be communicated in your confirmation email upon completing the purchase.

The Meet and Greet packages are exclusively administered by David Ellefson on behalf of the band. Consequently, the venue will not possess any information regarding the Meet and Greet packages offered by the band. For inquiries concerning your Meet and Greet package, please direct your queries to David Ellefson Management:
Any questions pertaining to event logistics such as set times, general admission tickets, additional performing artists, age restrictions, or venue directions should be directed to the venue directly.Ā
On occasion, the items included in the Meet and Greet Package may sell out or become unavailable.Ā David EllefsonĀ and booking agent retain the right to alter the contents of the Meet and Greet Packages at any time, contingent upon item availability. Non-receipt of specific items stipulated in the package does not warrant eligibility for a refund or discount. David EllefsonĀ and booking agent are not responsible for mailing merchandise that was not collected at the meet and greet.
REFUND POLICY:
All sales ofĀ VIPĀ packages are considered final and non-refundable unless the show is canceled.
Service fees attached toĀ VIPĀ packages are also non-refundable under all circumstances, including event cancellations.
