StronkProof Keto Coffee

StronkProof Keto coffee, (also coined as Bulletproof coffee) is a LCHF approach to coffee. For those not familiar LCHF means Low Carb High Fat. Essentially, a ketogenic lifestyle.

WHAT IS KETO COFFEE?

Keto coffee is a mixture of coffee, butter, and MCT oil (or coconut oil which contains MCTs). And it's amazing! Not only in taste and a creamy consistency, but the energy provided through the caffeine and MCT oil combination is unreal.

MCT (medium chain triglycerides) due to their shorter length, MCTs are easily digested and many health benefits are linked to the way your body processes these fats. It fuels the brain in a big way and if you don't know already, you can find additional science backed benefits, and in conjunction with the polyphenols of coffee you can say goodbye in a stronk way to the morning brain fog.

So look at it this way! Not only is this coffee, but due to the nature of the ingredients it's literally almost like a meal replacement and great for those that aren't big on breakfast, and rather break their fast at lunch time.

INGREDIENTS

8 oz Stronk coffee (brewed, hot) and for that seasonal flavor you can sprinkle a little Cinnamon on the grounds.

1/2 cup of unsweetened almond milk (regular or vanilla)

1 tsp of MCT oil or coconut oil (or more up to a tbsp*)

1 tsp of grass fed butter (or ghee for dairy-free, paleo, or whole30)

1 tbsp collagen protein powder (optional)

• If you wish to sweeten your coffee we recommend using a non-glycemic sweetener such as Monk Fruit Sweetener or its equivalent.

INSTRUCTIONS*

Add all ingredients to a blender and blend for 10-15 seconds or alternatively a milk frother if you're looking for a quieter approach with less clean up.


*Do not want to try to stir these ingredients with a spoon or manually in any way. You will not receive the desired results.
